Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.

Print-on-Demand Items

Because all prints are produced on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or similar reasons. We encourage you to review all details carefully before placing your order.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@backinthelimelight.com with your order number
  2. Include photos of the damage or defect
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
